What participants are saying:

I had a wonderful time in the creativity workshop. I so appreciated your guidance, and the numerous opportunities to contemplate my current relationship to creativity and the exercises that encouraged new awareness. - Kathy S.

Loved your class. Lots of ideas about how to proceed. Your spirit was so gentle and nurturing. Thank you. Inspiring.- Jan T.

I loved the way you structured the workshop so that we were talking about and experiencing the same thing: moving from insecurity, procrastination, apprehension, etc., to curiosity, openness, playfulness, new ways of seeing the world.

You took us through this in such a well-thought-out way: exercises on recognizing when we are most free of that self-talk and what got us there; lovely, cozy nests to do some thinking and exploring.

By the time we painted our boxes, everyone was so engaged and judgment-free. Your design of the course was so excellent from many aspects: psychological, spiritual, experiential, and practical. I loved the way you used Buddhist thinking throughout. It was a lovely and profound day.Thank you so much.
- Mary Kay B.

The whole day was filled with learning in a beautiful atmosphere with a very knowledgeable artist! - Pat T.
